Mark Dunkel

Mark Dunkel has been an active investor, manager, and entrepreneur focused in the technology and business services sectors for more than 30 years. He has extensive experience in venture investing, investment banking, and management of rapidly growing technology companies. In addition to co-founding Diagram Partners in 2010, Mark is also a Managing Partner of Southeastern Technology Fund (SET), a venture capital fund focused on early-stage investments. SET invested extensively in the information technology, healthcare, and communications sectors, and the fund has delivered top-decile returns to its limited partners (SET is no longer making new investments). Prior to SET Mark was a Managing Director of The Robinson-Humphrey Company, an investment banking and brokerage firm (now part of SunTrust).

Past experience includes Monolithic Components Corporation, ROLM Corporation, and Ford Aerospace. Mark has a BS from the University of Florida, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Rocky Cho

Rocky Cho has over 10 years of private equity and investment banking experience. Prior to co-founding Diagram Partners, Rocky worked for the Corporate Investments group of Arcapita, where he focused on middle-market leveraged buyouts in the specialized manufacturing and business services sectors. Rocky’s previous experience also includes executing lower middle-market buyouts for Harbert Management Corporation and early-stage venture investments for Southeastern Technology Fund. Rocky began his career in the Corporate Finance group at The Robinson-Humphrey Company.

Rocky has a BS from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
